Attribute definition screen in the "Attribute Assignments" sub page, clicking on "Attribute Names" tab does not function

Steps to reproduce:

Display an Attribute Definition in the New UI screen added in grouper_v2_3_0_ui_patch_44.
click more actions menu/button
Select "Attribute assignments".
Click on the "Attribute names" tab to try to "go back to the view you were just in and nothing happens.

( tested in latest version of chrome. Did not test other browsers. )

"Attributes name" tab link appears to be "<a role="tab" aria-selected="true" href="#" onclick="return false;">Attribute names</a>" ( non-working)
