Is there any plan to allow bulk remove from a group? We have groups that
have 10s of thousands of members. We have a ticket to modify the UI to
allow a list of ids (like it is possible for Import Members currently).

I think the easiest way to do this would be to change "Import Members"
to "Add or Remove Members" and then allow the operation to be chosen in
the existing form.
