show something about folder composites perhaps?

Is there a way to list the group filter in the folder membership screen so people know it exists and they need to configure it?

Maybe "Group filter", and then on the right say, no groups are configured, contact your administrator.

In other screens like attestation and deprovisioning there is a small description below each form element.  Maybe reformat screen to take that approach and describe each field?
