Missing Audit Log Entries for Begin and End Date memberships

We've been noticing that when we want to place a group membership to take place in the future "Start date" we don't really see audit entries related to that. Just the add and removes directly.

We use "Start Date" to do a simple "disable access until such date" and we need to show that that activity happened.
