daemon page should show a more accurate status

I think on the daemon status page:

1. if the daemon has not run successfully in the amount of time specified in diagnostics, then the status should be RED.  Sometimes it says success since the last run was success it was just a while back..  Sometimes the status is blank.  If it is not a recent success it should be red with a reason (failure, no success found, success not recent, or whatever you want)
2. Can the drop down have a link to recent logs.  Right now you can click the name of the daemon to see it.  Keep that link, but also have a link in the drop down
