Imporove LDAPpc's log output usefulness

LDAPpc's log output needs to be considerably more helpful in order to aid in debugging. The exact scope of logging enhancements is not yet defined, but it may include increased audit logging capabilities. This topic touches the ongoing discussions of frameworks for supporting 3rd party hooks into the Grouper, Signet, and LDAPpc applications, so it may not be something worth taking on until the big picture is sorted out.
