scim provisioner 404 should mean object doesnt exist (groups/entities/memberships)

Good morning. I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with the SCIM provisioner not being RFC compliant in it’s handling of 404 responses when performing a GET operation. If the remote SCIM server returns a 404, grouper seems to parse the response as a group.
The response:

The diagnostics for “Select group from Target:

Error: Target group matching id is blank

We will fix that so that 404 means group doesnt exist
