grouper ws get groups lite in certain circumstances returns no data

Hey Chris,

I seem to be having a problem with one of my webservice calls. I thought it had been working on medley-test on Friday, but I could have possibly missed this particular call in my testing. The problem is with the WsRestGetGroupsLiteRequest. Basically I get subject attributes back but there are no <wsGroups> returned where I expected them.
