Description
Provide the ability for an user to make an initial request to login to SHIBUI when not having either an SA or DA role.
User Story:
As a new user wanting to access SHIBUI I would like to be able to acess the SHIBUI URL so that I can have the process for getting access to SHIBUI started.
Requirements/AC:
- A user without a current role attempts to access SHIBUI, the system creates a new user request to be displayed in user maintenance including data for Userid, Name and Email.
- The system will display the initial user access page as shown in the attachments.
