Implement Action Required - Metadata Sources Review

Implement the ability to display a list of metadata sources created by delegated admins to review and either enable, delete or delay action until modifications are made.

User Story:

As a Super Admin I want to see metadata sources created by Delegated Admins so that I can review and review/enable, delete or converse with the Delegated Admin to make modifications.

Requirements/AC:

Action Required - Metadata Source Review

Note:  For the Enable Metadata Sources table, display any metadata source that has been created by a delegated administrator but has not yet been set as enabled by a system administrator.

Special processing:

• If Arrow is currently pointed to the right and is clicked, display the Arrow pointing down and expand the accordion to show Metadata Source Name, Created Date, Metadata Source Entity ID and Metadata Source Status
• If the Arrow is currently pointed down and is clicked, display Arrow pointing to the right and remove the display for Metadata Source Name, Created Date, Metadata Source Entity ID and Metadata Source Status
• If Enable is clicked and the checkbox is originally unchecked, check Enable, set Enabled Check to checked, set Metadata Source Status to checked and notify the delegated admin.  Notification verbiage:  'Your Metadata Source has been reviewed and enabled.'
• If Metadata Source Edit is clicked, display the metadata source for editing as currently defined
• If Metadata Source Delete is clicked, display the User Delete Confirmation Modal as defined below

Special Processing:

• If Delete is clicked, delete the metadata source selected for delete and redisplay the page
• If Cancel is clicked, redisplay the page without removing the metadata source
