Description
Refresh Delay Factor field acts as if it is a required field, as until populated, the previous and next buttons are disabled.
Steps
1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/
2. Click 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’
3. Enter valid Metadata Provider Name and select Metadata Provider Type: FileBackedHttpMedatadaProvider
4. Enter valid required information and continue to the Reloading Attributes page
What is occurring
Previous and Next buttons are disabled until the Refresh Delay Factor field is populated.
What is expected
Refresh Delay Factor field is not a required field.
