Regression: Saves on Edit Flow for Metadata Source Do Not Persist when Switching Pages

Description
When a user goes to make edits of a metadata source and they make an edit in one page and move to another, the edits do not persist. If the user goes back to that first page, the edits made are now gone.

Steps

1. Log in as Delegated Admin (shibui-user2)
2. Add New 'Metadata Source
3. Enter 'Service Provider Name' and Entity ID' and click Next buttons until you can save
4. Click Save
5. From Dashboard, click edit button for metadata source
6. Make edits to fields on the SP/Organization Information page and click 'User Intervade/MDUI Information to access that page
7. Click back on SP/Organization Information page

What Occurs
Edits made are no longer there.
