Implement the ability to allow the versions to be selected for comparison for either metadata sources or metadata providers.

Comparison Selection

This component is to be used for all metadata types (metadata sources, metadata providers and filters).

	Version History
Version Table			Displays versions in descending order. One row per version returned from the back end.
Compare checkbox		Checkbox - clickable

Date Saved		Text only	The date the version was saved for the version selected to display.
Time Saved		Text only	The time the version was saved for the version selected to display.
Changed By	Changed By	Text only	User that saved this version.

Special processing:

~~Version display is formatted as follows:~~
- ~~For the current version, display~~
  - ~~'CURRENT" - link~~
  - ~~'( {version-number})'~~
- ~~For an older version, display 'v{version-number}'~~
Date Saved is formatted as
- Month (Mmm)
- Day (dd)
- ','
- Year (YYYY)
Time Saved is formatted as
- Hour (HH) - use 24 hours
- ':'
- Minutes (MM)
- ':'
- Seconds (SS)
When Compare Checkbox is clicked
- If checked, uncheck
- If unchecked, check
When Compare Selected is clicked
- Verify two (2) Compare Checkbox checkboxes are checked
  - If two are not checked, display validation error
  - If metadata source versions are displayed, display Metadata Source Comparison as defined by ~~SHIBUI-1363~~ (https://todos.internet2.edu/browse/SHIBUI-1363)
  - If metadata provider versions are displayed, display Metadata Provider Comparison as defined by ~~SHIBUI-1364~~ (https://todos.internet2.edu/browse/SHIBUI-1364)
