Dynamic HTTP Metadata Provider - Dynamic Attributes Returns Values not Entered on Update

Data is returned for the Dynamic Attributes in the Dynamic HTTP Metadata Provider when no fields were originally entered.

Steps to recreate:

1. Create a Dynamic HTTP Metadata Provider leaving the Dynamic Attributes empty.
2. Save the Dynamic HTTP Metadata Provider
3. Select to edit the Common Attributes.
4. Review Dynamic Attributes - data is now contained in the fields.
