The "Don't Sign Response" warning will not be displayed if there is another problem already with an EntityAttributes filter

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an HTTP resolver, save
2. Edit the resolver and add an Entity Attributes filter
3. Immediately click on the Options tab in the lefthand nav
4. Note the " All forms must be valid before changes can be saved!" warning above
5. Click the "Don't sign response" checkbox

Expected result: The "Unless the response...." warning should appear
Actual result: The previous warning stays in place, allowing the user to switch back to the original tab and completing the filter without having ever seen the "Don't sign response" warning.
