Cannot Manually Change 'Mark As Default' on Assertion Consumer Service page

      Description
      When a user attempts to change the default assertion consumer service location from the first to any of the others using the mouse, they are only able to select or de-select the YES for the first entry. However, using the tab keys, the user is able to change the default to any other than the first.

      Steps

      1. Log into UI
      2. Click to 'Add new provider
      3. Move through the application to the Assertion Consumer Service page
      4. Click 'Add Endpoint' button at least 3 times
      5. Fill in the Assertion Consumer Service Location fields, make selections in the Binding dropdowns and attempt to click on the YES box for the Mark as Default for any other but the first one.
      6. OR
      7. Use the tab key to navigate to the YES box for any other than the first.

      What is occurring:
      When using the mouse, the user cannot select the YES for any other than the first. When using the tab key to move to the box and the space key to select it, the user CAN select the YES for default for any other.

      What is expected
      User should be able to select with mouse AND using tab.
