Edit Flow - Relying Party Overrides: Functionality Issue

Description

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click to 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider'
3. Move through the application and save the metadata provider (only fill in few required fields)
4. Click the edit button for the provider you just saved
5. Click on the Relying Party Overrides page
6. To add new fields click at least once on each of these: Add NameID Format, Add Authentication Method
7. Enter invalid text, ignoring the 'No Options Found' message and select another tab
8. Click back to the Relying Party Overrides page

What is occurring:

1. The 'Authentication Method field disappears
2. The 'Add Authentication Method' button will not work

What is expected
I think the best way to address this is to clear the fields of invalid data upon moving to another tab, making sure the 'Add Authentication Method' button remains usable.
