Organization Information page: Pre-Selected Contact Type Prevents Page Save

Tested in QA-10 shib-idp.ui build (Ryan, I retested this when we got QA-10 running on my machine, still occurs)
Occurs in: Safari
Does not Occur in: Chrome, FF

Description
Note: This occurs in Create and Edit flows.
When a user fills in all required fields and leaves the default selection contact type of 'support', the Save button does not become edible.

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click to 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider'
3. Move through the application to the Organization Information page (in Create or Edit flows)
4. Click 'Add Contact' and note that contact type is pre-selected as 'support'
5. Fill in all fields but do not change default selection of 'support'

What is occurring:
The Save button does not become edible though a selection displays in the contact type dropdown.

What is expected
If a default is already selected, the 'Save' button should be enabled when all other required fields are complete.
Another way for it to function would be to have a 'select' placeholder and base enabling the Save button on that.
