Backend Issue: User receives error when refreshing page

Tested in 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-abf83e7 of http://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net:8080/metadata-filter/new

Description
When user refreshes tool the user is kicked off and presented with error:
Whitelabel Error Page
This application has no explicit mapping for /error, so you are seeing this as a fallback.

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click to 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’ or ‘Filter' or stay on dashboard page
3. Refresh the page

What is occurring:
User is booted from app and presented with an error.

What is expected
Page should refresh as normal.

Error Code Dev Console returns:
new:1 GET http://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net:8080/metadata-filter/new 404 ()
Navigated to http://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net:8080/metadata-filter/new
