Search Entity ID Field persists after saving Filter

Description
Search Entity ID Field persists after saving Filter.
 
Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click to 'Add New' button and select ‘Filter'
3. Create and save a new filter
4. On Dashboard, select to Edit this new filter
5. Click on 'Save Changes'
6. Click 'Add New'>Filter
   What is occurring:

The URL from the previous save persists in the Search Entity ID field.
 
What is expected
Search Entity ID field is empty.
