Implement the ability to display and process the standard functions for the Metadata Provider update process.

If Save Changes is clicked

If Filter List is clicked

1. Display filter list.  Requirements/acceptance criteria are defined in the Filter List section.

If Common Attributes is clicked

1. Display the Common Attributes Update form.  Requirements/acceptance criteria are defined in the Common Attributes Update Form section.

If Reloading Attributes is clicked

1. Display the Reloading Attributes form.  Requirements/acceptance criteria are defined in the Reloading Attributes Form section. (see Metadata Wizard)

If Metadata Filter Plugins is clicked

1. Display the Metadata Filter Plugins form.  Requirements/acceptance criteria are defined in the Metadata Filter Plugins Form section.  (see Metadata Wizard)

If Advanced Settings is clicked

1. Display Advanced Settings.  Requirements/acceptance criteria are defined in Advanced Settings Update Form
