Login Should Default to Dashboard Page

Tested in 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-eea081e of http://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/dashboard

RETESTED July 25 v1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-b12d7b7, in Firefox (this works fine in Chrome)

Description
Upon logging in, the user should be taken to the dashboard. At this time, it is not. See screenshot.
A redirect needs to be created.

Steps

1. Log into UI https://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/login
