      Dashboard

      1. When Metadata Provider list is expanded, 'Metadata Provider Type' and 'Metadata Provider Status' are misaligned.
      2. Upon clicking 'Add New', 'Metadata Provider' has an inelegant line break
      3. Edit buttons are falling below the 'Active Filters' buttons
