Metadata Source Appears to Save but does not Display on Dashboard

Tested in 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-3b4cc89 of http://shibboleth-ui.unicon.net/dashboard

Description
When a user adds and saves a metadata source, it does not display on the dashboard, yet, when the user tries to add the same information again, the system prevents this as if it is a duplicate.

Steps

1. Log into UI
2. Click 'Add New' button and select ‘Metadata Source'
3. Move through the application and save the source
4. View the Dashboard

What is occurring:
Metadata Source does not display
User is prevented from adding a new source with duplicate data.

What is expected
Metadata Source shoulddisplay
User is prevented from adding a new source with duplicate data.
