404 Error when attempting to view Entity ID

Tested in version 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-4804797  
Description
When the user clicks the eye/view icon for a saved Entity ID, a 404 error is returned.
 
Steps Prerequisite: Metadata Provider with at least one saved 'Entity ID' filter # Log into UI

1. From the Dashboard, select the Metadata Providers tab
2. Click the edit button for the Metadata Provider
3. Click the 'Manage Filters' button
4. Click the Edit button for the Entity ID filter
5. Click the eye/view icon for the Entity ID filter

 
What is occurring:
404 Error is returned
 
What is expected
A modal to display the Entity ID view that includes 'Download File' and 'Cancel' buttons.
