UI: Safari - Multi-select pre-selection prevents access from page 2

Tested in version 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT-6ca0465

Description

In SAFARI only, user is unable to trigger the Page 2 Next button when completing the required fields.
 
Steps # Log into UI

1. Click 'Add New' button and select 'Metadata Provider’
   NOTE: The Metadata Provider Type field is pre-selected
2. Enter valid text for the Metadata Provider Name field

 
What is occurring
The Page 2 Next button does not appear even though both required fields are complete
 
What is expected
Once the required fields are complete, the Page 2 Next button should appear
