Cannot Save Metadata Source

Tested version 1.5.0-SNAPSHOT-9b51a67
Description
 
Steps # Log into UI

1. Click 'Add New' button and select ‘Metadata Source'
2. Move through the application, entering valid/required information, to the Summary page
3. On the Summary page "Finished" click the Save button

 
What is occurring
Metadata Source is not saved. 404 error is given
