Determine which IdP to use in demo environment. Should be distinct from next step integration with the Collaboration Platform (no satosa).
Possible to use original TIER Testbed IdP (JimJ) - needs work
Possible to use TIER IdP Container
This result of this issue will impact how metadata is configured
Currently the complex demo is using the TIER IdP container (maybe not the most recent)
