Description
Instead of redirecting to / when an error occurs with no obvious redirect path, create a default error handler, something like /errors?co_id=x that can be customized on a per-CO basis to provide the user additional information (such as helpdesk contact info). When no context is available at all, use the COmanage CO (via CosTable::findCOmanageCO).
