Revisit, refine, and improve UI of Index Filters

Index view filtering is driven by configuration. Revisit the index views and ensure appropriate fields are rendered among the filters (and that they work). Ensure that boolean filters are represented and presented with meaningful labels. Remove unnecessary titles for the boolean fields. Refine general layout and spacing. Ensure the ordering of the filters is aligned with the ordering of the columns (typically).
