Provide easy configuration of confirmation dialog boxes for action menus

    Description

      Make it simple to configure a dialog confirmation box for the actionMenu.php element. Provide reasonable defaults that can be overridden. Allow the dialog "confirm" button to be a standard URL (by default), but allow for the configuration of a postButton when required such as we currently provide for all delete confirmations.
