transmogrify handle CO Person Role with null affiliation

    Description

      Registry 4.3.x and probably earlier does allow CO Person Role objects to be created where affiliation is null (at least in MySQL 8.x, PostgreSQL might have some other empty value). See CO-2765.

      So transmogrify will need a strategy for handling those rows.
