    Description

      If an enrollment flow is unsuccessful (eg: an attached Enrollment Source is in "Search, Required" mode, and the enrollee is ineligible so the petition is automatically denied), show an informative error and/or offer a redirect_on_failure option. (Other use cases could be possible.)
