Cannot Manually Link OIS Created Org Identity to CO Person

    Description

      According to https://spaces.internet2.edu/display/COmanage/Organizational+Identity+Sources it should be possible to link an Org Identity created from an Org Identity Source to a CO Person, but it isn't (because the record is read only).

      eg link /registry/org_identities/view/1062
      to /registry/co_people/canvas/1250
