Increase Use of delete_contains

Delete actions should all use delete_contains (or default contain=false) otherwise an unnecessary amount of information may be being pulled before a delete happens (verify checkDeleteDependencies, callbacks, and views – if any – don't need data). Worse, use of recursive may be bypassing changelog.
