Petition Attributes Are Not Normalized

Normalizations (such as the removal of trailing whitespace) are not performed against petition attributes. This can, for example, result in provisioning errors since there may be trailing spaces in attribute values, which LDAP does not like.

If the operational record is subsequently saved, normalization will be correctly performed.
