SalesforceProvisioner

    XMLWordPrintable

Details

    Description

      SalesforceProvisioner should work with SalesforceSource:

      • A change in Salesforce should be picked up by the OIS, which (assuming a pipeline) may or may not update the CO Person record, which would then provision back to Salesforce. But the provisioner should notice the attributes haven't changed (normalization?) and leave the Salesforce record untouched.
      • A change in COmanage should be provisioned to Salesforce, which would then trigger a change picked up by the OIS. This would update the Org Identity, and (assuming a pipeline) may or may not update the CO Person record. Again, the provisioner should notice the attributes haven't changed.

If there is no Salesforce ID, the provisioner should assume it needs to create a new record in Salesforce (so the pipeline is needed to copy the Salesforce ID from the OIS to the CO Person record).
