Application error after using breadcrumb to exit "New Attribute Mapping" UI

If you enter the UI to add a new attribute mapping to an attribute map, then navigate away from that page using the breadcrumb "Attributes Mappings"
(COmanage Match > TEST > Attribute Mappings > Add New Attribute Mapping)

The URI navigated to has a query string with matchgrid_id instead of attribute_map_id.

Before entering UI

After breadcrumb:
https://comanage-poc.slac.stanford.edu/match/attribute-mappings?matchgrid_id=1

Attempting to either add a mapping or import the english nicknames will throw an application error when clicked from the resulting page.
