Editing/Adding Platform Administrator assigns a MatchGrid ID

Editing or adding a Platform Administrator after setup assigns a value in matchgrid_id in the permissions table. Using that administrator account to log on to Match then shows a single MatchGrid view. Attempting to manage the MatchGrid either errors or returns an unauthorized message depending on the controller.
