upgradeVersion should execute SQL to change column type for PostgreSQL

The upgrade to version 3.3.0 requires changes in the type column for table cm_ssh_keys and the job_type column for table cm_so_jobs. Due to a bug in adodb5 the columns are not changed when the ./Console/cake upgradeVersion command is run and the database used is PostgreSQL. User instructions for the SQL to execute to remedy the issue are currently available at

Instead of documenting the work around, the _ug330() functions for the related models should instead detect that PostgreSQL is the database being used and then execute the SQL as part of the upgradeVersion command.
