COU admin link to CoPerson role on co_groups view

The co_groups view (e.g. co_groups/view/244) renders a table of Group Members at the bottom of the page. The first column in that table is the Name attached to the CoPerson Record for members of the group. For the platform admin or a CO admin the name is a hyperlink to the CoPerson canvas.

This RFE is that for a COU admin that is not a platform admin nor a CO admin, the name should be a hyperlink to a role object that the COU admin may edit because the COU admin is a COU admin and can therefore edit the role in the COU.
