OIS Sync fails if the source key is an access Token

Currently if we want to sync an OrgIdentity created through an OIS plugin we can use the syncOrgIdentity() function. This function will fail for the case of requests over Oauth2.0 where the source key is an access token, since the access tokens change each time we request data from the server.
