Unticking Establish Cluster Accounts does not prevent account creation at enrollment

If an enrollment flow is configured with "Establish Cluster Accounts" checked/ticked and then a specific cluster account underneath it is checked/ticked, unticking the "Establish Cluster Accounts" box should uncheck/untick the specific cluster account so that when the form is saved the specific cluster account is NOT configured to be established.

Right now the specific cluster account remains checked and the div rolls up and only shows the Establish Cluster Accounts tickbox as unticked, which is misleading since when the form is saved the specific unix account is still enabled and will be established.
