Link for Authentication Events fails when identifier is a URL

An identifier attached to an OrgIdentity and marked as a login identifier may be of type OIDC sub, and for OIDC sub the value is often a properly formed URL, for example

http://cilogon.org/serverA/users/10844461

The link generated for the button Authentication Events on the org_identities/edit view does not properly encode the value and so the link fails when clicked.
