Sponsor Selection Broken In Enrollment Flow

Search-while-you-type for Sponsor during Enrollment Flows for Self Signup flows generate Permission Denied errors (which don't appear until a subsequent page). Any value appears to allow the form to submit, but then no sponsor will be attached to the petition.
