Container entrypoint script should set email transport

If the environment variable COMANAGE_REGISTRY_EMAIL_TRANSPORT is NOT set and 
COMANAGE_REGISTRY_EMAIL_HOST begins with "tls://" then the entrypoint script should set the transport in email.php to 'Smtp'.
