Phantom Collaboration on 'Available Collaborations' page

The main 'Available Collaborations' page (/registry/) shows a phantom entry in between the platform CO and our 'NERSC' CO. This blank line is highlighted when mousing over, and clicking in that blank error results in the 'Internal Error' page.

Going to the page at /registry/cos lists just the two COs, without any indication that there might be another CO hiding somewhere. This 'No CO specified' error message looks it could be similar to to the error deleting OI problem I reported earlier?
