Cannot right click anywhere on a dashboard service card (e.g., to open in a new window)

A user cannot right click anywhere on the COmanage Registry dashboard service card to open that link in a different window or tab, to copy or bookmark the link, etc. even though the entire card can be left clicked to open said link.  That's because only the card's title is a proper hyperlink.  The rest of the card is a div with an event listener.  Please refer to comanage-registry-cannot-right-click-dashboard-services-user-view.png and comanage-registry-cannot-right-click-dashboard-services-inspector-view.png (attached).
