Manage Group Memberships Add member people picker name is not enough

In the Manage Group Memberships page for a group the Add member: people picker only displays people's names. That is not enough information when multiple people in the CO, multiple CO Person records, share a name that is identical.

The choices that are rendered should include email address and if no email address is available some other identifier so that the user can disambiguate.
