Fix Tablelocator::get error

CAKEPHP reports intenral error:

Unknown repository type "Rules". Make sure you register a type before trying to use it

Command: FactoryLocator::get('Table')>get($this>getPrimaryLinkTableName());
have to be used instead of:
FactoryLocator::get($this->getPrimaryLinkTableName());
